By subscribing, you authorize Client Relay Solutions to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle for the agreed-upon monthly amount, along with any applicable taxes, overage charges, usage fees, or add-on services.
Subscription pricing is subject to change with advance notice. Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests received after a renewal payment has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused time, unused messages, unused minutes, or partially completed billing periods.
Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized.
Service Usage
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and industry standards.
You may not use our services to:
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications
Violate TCPA, A2P, telemarketing, privacy, or consumer protection laws
Impersonate another person or business
Harass, threaten, or mislead others
Send illegal, fraudulent, offensive, or prohibited content
Interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the platform or related systems
You are solely responsible for the content of your calls, messages, workflows, automations, and campaigns.
Compliance Responsibility
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to obtain any required consent, disclosures, or permissions from your customers before sending calls, texts, emails, or other communications through our services.
Client Relay Solutions does not guarantee carrier approval, message deliverability, call completion rates, or uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, creates excessive risk, generates abuse complaints, or threatens the integrity of our systems.
No Guarantee of Results
While our services are designed to improve response times, lead capture, customer communication, and operational efficiency, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, appointment bookings, lead volume, or customer conversion rates.
Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us and making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, we reserve the right to suspend services, recover any fees incurred, and pursue collection of outstanding balances.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
